Because im the kind of person that smells the aroma right after popping the cap off, im even more interested in this woodchuck now that ive inhaled and observed the aroma is not as overbearing as I had expected. I always love being teased by a smell that makes me really want to take a sip now!

First Sip;
So at first taste I thought I was drinking a woodchuck, and then it hit, a very subtle cherry flavor. Definitely a taste I can get behind, you can still taste the Woodchuck in this, and it clearly has that cherry flavor in it, a great combination. Having had other Cherry Ciders I was really wanting to snag this review from Ryan and im glad I did. After my last run in with Cigar Cities version of a cherry cider, im very impressed by woodchuck with this new variety. This is not going to be a hit for everyone, but when is it every with a niche serving like this. I will say I do not believe you need to be a hard core cherry lover in order to enjoy this, I love cherries, don’t get me wrong. BUT im not about to walk over to the cabinet, grab some cherry flavoring and pour it in my drinks, so for this it is a hit for me.

Run down,
If you like cherries, try this.
If you like woodchuck, try this.
If you are on the fence, try this, you wont be after.
Woodchuck really hit the nail on the head and I love when these breweries do that! The right amount of flavor!

To quote myself to Ryan.

” I love how its not overpowering at all, can taste the woodchuck with a cherry underbelly.
The Cigar City Cherry I had was like drinking pure cherry flavoring.
This is like, someone dropped a couple cherries in my Woodchuck. “
